Through this constitutional petition, Petitioners have sought quashment of F.I.R. being Crime No.193/2020, registered at Police Station Umerkot City , under sections 365-B, 452, 34 PPC.
2. Heard the arguments and perused the record.
3. Per learned A.A.G, police have already submitted challan of the case before Court concerned; hence no case for quashment is made out because the petitioners have approached this Court directly without exhausting proper remedy available to them in terms of section 265-K Cr .P.C.
4. In view of above, instant petition being misconceived is hereby dismissed.
