ORDER

Athar Minallah, C.J. Through this petition, the petitioner has assailed order , dated 02-02-2017.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has stated that a revision petition is filed under section 64-A of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1925 assailing orders, dated 02-02-2012 and 03-07-2019. The revisional authority has granted an injunctive order vide order , dated 03-12-2020 and consequently the execution proceedings have been stayed. Through this petition, the petitioner is seeking execution of order , dated 02- 02-2017.

3. For the above reasons, the prayer sought in the petition is not justiciable. Even otherwise execution of orders passed by the competent authorities has to be sought in accordance with the manner prescribed under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1925 and the rules made thereunder . The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended the matter is pending since 2017 and the latter has not received any notice regarding pendency of the revisional proceedings.

4. In the light of the above statements made by the learned counsels, the petition at this stage is premature.

However , this Court expects that the pending revision petition will be decided by the competent authority expeditiously and with due diligence, preferably within ninety (90) days from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order . The petition is, therefore, accordingly disposed-of. revisions by the competent authorities.
