ORDER

Through the instant intra Court appeal, the appellant, Sajida Shahzad, impugns the judgment dated 28.10.2021 passed by the learned Judge-in-Chambers, whereby writ petition No.2267/2019 filed by the appellant, was dismissed as not maintainable. The prima ry reason for the dismissal of her writ petition was that the matter agitated by the appellant in her writ petition lay within the jurisdictional domain of the Federal Service Tribunal, and that the jurisdiction of this Court was barred under Article 212 of the Constitution.

2. The said judgment dated 28.10.2021 was a consolidated judgment through which writ petition No.2267/2019 filed by the instant appellant as well as writ petitions No.1486/2019, 1663/2019, 1718/2019, 1980/2019, 2238/2019, 2508/2019, 3139/2020, 190/2020, 2339 /2020, 799/2021, 2419/2021 and Crl. Org. petitions No.250/2019 and 261/2019 were decided. The said judgm ent was assailed in intra Court appeals No.529, 530 and 532 of 2021, which were dismissed in limine vide order dated 23.1 1.2021.

3. Since appeals against the said consolidated judgment dated 28.10.2021 have already been dismissed, this appeal is also dismissed in limine for the reasons set out in the said order dated 23.1 1.2021 and in terms thereof.
