1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Counsel for NADRA has filed a statement alongwith copy of letter issued by Special Court (Central-I), Karachi to Director General, NADRA on 03.04.2015. Alongwith this letter a list is attached in which the name of persons whose CNICs were temporarily blocked and name of the present petitioner is available at serial No.13 page-2 of the list. Counse l for the NADRA submits that the CNIC of the petitioner was blocked due to court' s order and as and when any order is passed by the learned trial Court to unblock the CNIC, they will immediately make compliance. At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved an application to the Special Court (Central-I), Karachi and the application is fixed for hearing on Monday i.e. 01.02.2021. The petition is disposed of accordingly . If any order is passed by learned trial Court, the same will be acted upon by the NADRA.
