1. Learned counsels appearing for all respondents acknowledged that this apparently is a covered case on the basis of a judgment reported as 2019 PTD 1964 (Messrs Sky Overseas through author ized Attorney vs. Federation of Pakistan through Secretary , Revenue Division and 4 others ), hence all the counsels seek disposal of this petition on the basis of reasoning and conclusion drawn therein.
2. Accordingly , by applying reasoning, rationale and conclusion drawn in the aforesaid judgment mutatis mutandis , this petition is also disposed of alongwith pending application(s).
