1. The question involved in these petitions has already been dealt with and decided by a Bench of this Court in C.P No.D-3309 of 2011 (M/s. Ibrahim Fibers Ltd. Vs. Province of Sindh & others) vide order dated 04.06.2021. It is petitioners' case that these petitions may also be disposed of on same reasoning and conclusion drawn therein.
2. Accordingly , by applying the reasoning and conclusion drawn in the aforesaid judgment mutatis mutandis , these petitions are also disposed of along with pending application(s). Office is directe d to place copy of this order in above connected matters.
