1. The petitioner has prayed for the declaration that the tendering of Peer Bazar for which notice was published on 26.02.2017 is based on mala fide and in violation of contract dated 1 1.07.2016.
2. On the last date of hearing also nobody was present for the petitioner , therefore, the matter was adjourned without extending the interim order . Today again neither representative of the petitioner is present nor their counsel. The petition along with pending applications is dismissed for non-prosecution.
