1. Mr. Faizan Hussain Memon, Advocate has filed vakalatnama for the respondent No.1 which is taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also filed a statement duly signed by all the petitioners in which it is stated that they have approached the responde nts for redressal of their grievances, therefore, they do not want to press this petition. The counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection. In view of this statement, this petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending application.
