1. Muhammad Junaid Ghaf far, J;- Through this Petition, the Petitioners seek release of salaries along with allowances and benefits. Today , learned AAG Sindh has placed on record Order dated 14-03-2018 passed in C.P No.D-3886/2014 and submits that on identical facts, the Petition already stands dismissed as the appointments of the Petitioners in this Petition as well as in C.P No.D- 3886/2014 were made by the same District Education Officer during the same period without fulfillm ent of requisite formalities on his own and thereafter departmental proceedings were also initiated against him and he stands compulsory retired. According to learned AAG the said appointments have found to be fake and bogus; hence, no case is made out.
2. We have confronted the learned Counsel for the petitioner and he submits that the petitioners are not at fault and are being penalized due to political differences from time to time; hence, they are entitled for the relief as prayed for.

On perusal of the order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court as above reflects that 220 persons of teaching side and 20 of non-teaching side were appointed without due process of recruitment, whereafter inquiry was also initiated and such appointments were found to be fabricated. The appointment orders of the Petitioners have also been issued by the same Officer and pertain to the same period. Since an order has already been passed in respect of identical appointments by the same officer and during the same period; hence, we are bound by the said order .
4. In view of hereinabove facts and circumstances of this case and the order alread y passed by a learned Division Bench of this Court, we do not see any reason to entertain this Petition and grant the relief so prayed for.
5. Accordingly , the Petition stands dismissed.
