1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Learned counsel for NADRA has submitted a statement which shows that the CNIC of the petitioner is digitally impounded in alien category , however , it is further stated that the petitioner is required to appear before V&R Branch, NADRA, Awami Markaz, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi along with all supporting documents for further process. The petitioner is directed to appear before V&R Branch, NADRA, Awami Markaz, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi along with all supporting documents for verification purpose. The NADRA shall examine and conclude the matter within 45 days. The petition is disposed of.
