ORDER

SHUJAA T ALI KHAN, J.--- After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application (Annexure-H) filed by the petitioner , pending before the District Accounts Officer, Sargodha (Respondent No. 1) is not being decided.

2. When confronted with the query that as to why the above application is hanging fire, learned Law Officer states that he has no objection if a direction is issued to respondent No. 1 for early decision of the same. Consequently , this petition is disposed of with the direction to the said respondent to ensure decision of the aforesaid application by himself or through any other authority competent in that regard, in accordance with law, relevant rules, policies applicable thereto after hearing the petitioner through a speaking order according to section 24-A of the General Clauses Act, 1897 expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order under information to this Court through Deputy Registrar (Judi.). Learned Law Officer shall ensure the compliance of this order .
