1. 1/2) Arguments heard. For reasons to follow these applications, which are under section 12(2) CPC and for stay respectively , are dismissed.
2. 3) Compliance report in pursuance of order dated 21.05.2018 has been filed in Court today wherein it is admitted that the recruitment process of appointment of school teachers suffers from legal flaws and hence there was no question and probability of either regularizing or confirming them hence the fallout effect of such recruitment is obvious. However , in order to save the education of the children learned Assistant Advocate General and the officials present in Court request that to fill these vacancies they may be given a reasonable time so that lawful recruitment process be initiated. Accordingly , at their request we grant two months' time for completing the process strictly in pursuance of law with compliance report to be filled before this Court within the stipulated time. No further time shall be granted.
