1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. This petition has been filed by the grandfather of Ms. Fiza and Ms. Mehak for directions against NADRA to issue Children Regist ration Certificate (CRC). Counsel for NADRA has submitted the reply in which it is stated that father of the aforesaid minor girls is mentally incapacitated and their mother has also expired therefore guardianship certificate is required to be produced by the grandfather and immediately on production of guardianship certificate they will issue Children Registration Certificate (CRC). After seeing this reply , learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and submits that he will seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law . At his request, this petition is disposed of.
