Though the matter is fixed for hearing of urgent application but the counsel for NADRA and Assistant Director NADRA are present in Court and they submit that if the petitioner will approach the NADRA office alongwith all relevant original documents, the matter will be examined by NADRA and if everything is found in order , the CNIC will be issued to him in accordance with law. On the basis of this statement, the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The petitioner may approach the Operation Branch, RHO NADRA Muhammad Ali Society , Karachi. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of one month. The petition is disposed of accordingly . A copy of this order shall be transmitted to counsel for NADRA to ensure compliance.
