1. Urgency granted.
1. 2 Exemption granted subject to all just legal exceptions.
2. 3&4. The present petition has been filed seeking implementation of orders of the commissioner for workman compensation and authority under Payment of Wages Act dated 15.07.2010 along with compensation at the KIBOR rate thereon. Nine respondents have been arrayed including the President of Pakistan, Ministry of Defense, PIA, Customs W elfare Funds and certain private respondents.
3. Petitioners' counsel was confronted as to the maintainability hereof inter alia for the reasons that how has the President been impleaded in view of the protection afforded by Article 248 of the Constitution; how can any writ be issued to private respondents; why has recourse not been taken to seek implementation of any orders within the pertinent prescription of the relevant statu te; how can compensation at an interest rate be sought in writ jurisdiction, and the issue of laches .
4. Petitioners' counsel failed to satisfy this Court on any of the queries with respect to maintainability hereof, hence, the present petition, along with listed application, is hereby dismissed in limine .
