Learned counsel for the NADRA has submitted statement in which it is stated that according to NADRA policy , the petitioner s have to fulfill all codal formalities and ensure the appearance of parents or sibling for biometric verification which is mandatory . Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parents of the petitioners have expired, however , respondent No.3 is brother of the petitioners and he will accompany the petitioners for further proceedings. On this statement, the petition is disposed of accordingly . The entire exercise should be completed within thirty (30) days.
