The order dated 25.09.2019 reflects grievance of the petitioner that since 2002 to 2012 his name was appearing in the voter list of Badin but in the last election he was not allowed to cast his vote, thereafter , on 30.01.2020 the representative of the ECP appeared and give a clear statement that once the CNIC of the petitioner is prepared by the NADRA the proper enlistment of petitioner 's vote will be done by the ECP. Today , learned counsel for the NADRA has filed statement that CNIC of the petitioner is digitally impounded in confirmed alien category , therefore, for the purpose of verification and clearance of his national status, the petitioner has to appear before the DLC West, Karachi. Petitioner is directed to appear before the District Level Committee West, Karachi along with all original documents that will be considered and verified by the committee and report shall be forward to NADRA for further action. This exercise should be completed within thirty (30) days. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Deputy Commissioner West, Karachi as well as learned counsel for the NADRA for compliance. Petition is disposed of.
