On last date of hearing also the petitioner , who is appearing in person was called absent and Mr. Muhammad Ali Lakhani counsel for respondent No.2 clearly stated that the matter has been resolved. Despite this statement we adjourned the case to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to confirm whether the matter has been resolved or not. Again the petitioner is called absent. The petition is dismissed alongwith pending application.
