ORDER

MASUD ABID NAQVI, J.--- Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have filed transfer application before the respondent No. 1 but instead of passing a detailed order or any order whatsoever , the Registrar Board of Revenue, issued letter dated 11.09.2020, by forwarding the transfer application to the respondent No. 2/Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Sahiw al, against whom the said transfer application was filed, hence, the respondent No. 1/Senior Member Board of Revenue, Punjab, Lahore be directed to decide the petitioners' transfer application with a detailed order/speaking order .

2. Learned Law Of ficer as well as learned Legal Advisor have no objection.

3. In view of above, the letter dated 11.09.2020 , issued without any order from the respondent No. 1, is illegal and unlawful and the same is hereby set aside and the respondent No.1/ Senior Member Board of Revenue , Punjab, Lahore is directed to decide the petitioners' transfer application while passing a detailed order thereon after allowing all the contesting parties to appear before him and argue the transfer application, hence, this petition is accepted in above terms. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent No. 1/Senior Member Board of Revenue, on 04.03.2021 who shall decide the petitioners' transfer application after issuing notices to all the contesting parties and passed a detailed order thereon.
