This Order is passed in the matter of Appeal No. 4 of 2017 filed under section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Commission) Act, 1997 (SECP Act) against the order (Impugned Order) dated 14/12/16 passed by the Respondent No. 1. The Appeal was fixed for hearing on 21/02/19 and was called for hearing at 10:40 a.m. the department representatives for the Respondents were present, however , A the Appellant or their Counsel failed to appear nor any adjournment was received on their behalf. The Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-appearance and non-persuasion.
