This apparently is a covered case on the basis of the findings in respect of issue of Income Support Levy which is reported as 2020 PTD 1407 (Yaqoob Ahmed through Attorney and others vs. Feder ation of Pakistan through the Secretary of Law, Minist ry of Law and others ). Accordingly , since all learned counse ls have acknowledged the contention of the petitioner 's counsel, this petition is disposed of along with pending application(s) on the same reasoning, rationale and conclusion drawn in the aforesaid judgment by applying it mutatis mutandis.
