Athar Minallah, C.J. This Intra Court Appeal is directed against order , dated 30-06 2021, whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed W rit Petition No.2323/2021.
2. The appellant namely , Gul-e-Nargis has appeared in person. She was not able to persuade us that the impugned order , dated 30-06-2021, suffers from any legal infirmity . The display of garments on mannequins is not in violation of any law. In the opinion of the appellant such a display is offensive. No case is made out to interfere with the impugned order and, therefore, the appeal is without merit and accordingly dismissed.
