1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the petitioner was married with Muhammad Javed and she filed suit for dissolution of marriage by way of khula. The matrimonial tie was terminated. The copy of decree dated 31.12.201 1 is available at page No.17 which shows that the suit for dissolution of marriage by way of khula was decreed. Learned counsel argued that after dissolution of marriage, the petitioner married with Ali Muhammad. Copy of Nikah Nama is available at page No. 33. The petitioner prayed for the new CNIC with the name of her present husband which was not proce ssed. Ch. Muhammad Farooq advocate is representing the NADRA submits that the petitioner may approach to the Operation Branch, NADRA situated at Muhammad Ali Society along with all relevant documents that will be examined by the NADRA. If everything is found in order the name of present husband of the petitioner will be changed in the CNIC. Petition is disposed of. The entire exercise should be completed within thirty (30) days.
