1. Petitioner has filed this petition for enforcement of an office order dated 02.03.2012 in terms whereof he was appointed as Chowkidar . It is claimed that though the appointment letter was issued but he was never paid salary since 2012. This could hardly be a ground for consideration since this petition suffers from serious laches.
2. Petitioner could have availed the remedy at the time when either the appointment letter was issued or the salary was refused, however , he failed to avail the remedy at the relevant time. Consequently such petition after a delay of almost nine years cannot be entertained which is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs along with listed applications.
