SARDAR AHMED NAEEM, J.--- Through this petition filed in terms of Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "Prayed that the instant writ petition may kindly be accepted and respondents No. 1 to 4 ntay kindly be summoned in person and inquired why they couldn't arrest the responden ts No. 5 to 8 in case FIR No. 268/2012, dated 13.9.2012 offence under section 302/34, PPC, at police station Bahadur Shah, District Sahiwal, from 2012 to uptill now .
Prayed that till the final decision of titled writ petition, the respondents No. 1 to 4 may kindly be directed to arrest the respondents No. 5 to 8 and the respondent No. 4 may kindly be restrained to harass the petitioner on behalf of respondents No. 5 to 8."

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition to the extent of direction for SHO to arrest the accused, whereas, submitted that nobody can be deprived of his life and liberty save in accordance With law; that privacy-or-home is inviolable under the constitution and that every citizen is to be dealt with strictly in accordance with law thus, respondents NoJ.4,A may be directed to render their duties within the domain of law and shall not harass the petitioner in any manner .

Without prejudice to the action earlier taken or intended to be taken, respondent s No.3 and 4 shall remain within their legal confines and to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed in any manner . revisions by the competent authorities.
