1. Petitioner retired in the year 2010 and somewhere in the year 2009 he was demoted in terms of reduction of his salary and he earlier filed a petition No.65 79/2015 whereby his appeal was ordered to be heard without prejudice to this issue as to whether he could maint ain a petition or otherwise. The appeal was decided in terms of letter available at page 63 to this petition. The petitioner claimed to have received relief in his first appeal and the subject appeal which was ordered to be heard does not merit consideration as new grounds were presented. The petitioner has now challenged the orders whereby the second appeal was dismissed wherein new grounds have been raised, such factual consideration could not be maintained by the petitioner in the shape of this petition when the petitioner himself stood retired in the year 2010, hence the petition merits no consideration and is accordingly dismissed.
