1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Counsel for NADRA has submitted a statement in which it is stated that petitioner may be directed to approach NADRA and reapply her CNIC alongwith any blood relative as per NADRA 's policy .
2. Petitioner 's counsel agrees to this proposal. Let petitioner approach NADRA Mega Center , North Nazimabad, Karachi and apply for her CNIC. The verification process shall be completed within a period of 30 days and if everything is found in order , the CNIC shall be issued to the petitioner . The petition is disposed of.
