1. Petitioner has referred to an order of NIRC whereby on an undertaking given by the management of respondent/K.
2. Electric it was observed that the case of the petitioner has become infructuous and petitioner having been satisfied on the basis of statement/undertaking did not pursue the matter . Petitioner however now challenged order dated 01.07.2020 of K. Electric whereby he was terminated and independent grievance petition challenging termination is also pending adjudication before the NIRC/Labour Court. Apparently there is no such independent order of NIRC in terms of order dated 30.06.2020 whereby the respondents were restrained from taking any lawful action; it was only an undertaking given by the management on the basis of which petitioner was satisfied. Hence this being the situation petitioner 's petition is not maintainable. He however may pursue his remedy insofar is grievance petition is concerned which is pending before concerned Court/forum. It is expected that the concerned Court/forum shall decide the grievance petition of the petitioner expeditiously preferably in three weeks' time. Petition stands dismissed along with listed application.
