Agha Faisal, J. This petition has been filed seeking following relief: A) "To direct the Respondent No.8 to make entry in the record of rights and issue Form-VII/ Form-II in the favour of petitioners and also to allow the petitioners to make boundary wall and appoint guards on the land for the safety from land grabbers.
B) To direct the respondent No.8 to not make entry in the name of other persons in this land admeasuring 150 acres bearing Survey No.22, 23, 41, 42, 43, 69, 70, 71, Deh Bhitti Amri, Tapo Songal, Scheme 33, Karachi.
C) To direct all the respondents not interfere with the peaceful possession and record of the petitioners and not create any hindrance / third party interest regarding their legal rights of the land of the petitioners.
D) Any other relief(s), this Honourable Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted to the petitioners."
2. At the very outset, learned counsel was directed to satisfy this Court as to the maintainability hereof, inter alia as the petitioner is seeking recognition of rights in respect of immovable property , succession and seeking entries in the revenue record.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner was unable to provide any cogent justification and instead insisted on arguing conflicting claims of a factual nature, which in any event cannot be entertained in the exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court
