ORDER

1. Petitioner claimed to have been served with respondent No.3 i.e. Karachi Cooperative Housing Society for a number of decades and was asked to resign. Be that as it may, the petitioner 's primary grievance through this petition is that he has not been paid his retirement dues, though in the parawise comments filed on behalf of respondent No.3, it is contended that full and final settlement has been made and Cheque No.10972441 dated 08.08.2014 has been issued, but nothing has remained outstanding.

2. In view of this, we do not feel or incline to pursue the claim of the petitioner of any outstanding dues in this matter , which is filed under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as he has neither filed any appointment letter nor any rules to which he is entitled to claim the financial benefits as alleged. He may, however , pursue his remedy before any forum having the jurisdiction in this regard where he could establish his case through evidence. The petition as such, in view of the above, is disposed of.
