This appeal is directed against the impugned judgment dated 25.07.2020 passed by learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Sanghar in Sessions Case No.229 of 2015 (Re: Laurence versus Zar Gul Pathan & Others ) filed u/s 3(2), 4(3) & 7 of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005, whereby , the appellants have been convicted u/s 3(a) and
(b) of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005.
Appeal being statutory right of the appellants is hereby admitted to regular haring. Issue notice respondent No.2 as well as learned Additional P .G Sindh for 08.09.2020. Call R&Ps and prepare paper book.
