ADNAN-UL-KARIM MEMON, J. Petitioners have approached this Court for regularization of their service in Directorate of Human Rights, Government of Sindh. They have alleged that their cases were put up before the Selection Committee on 20.03.2018 wherein minutes in this regard were prepar ed and the Committee, without assigning valid and cogent reasons and in a scanty and vague manner , did not consider their cases for regularization which action is impugned through the captioned petitions before this Court.

After arguing the matter at some length, both the parties agreed for disposal of the instant petitions in the terms whereby the Scrutiny Committee No.3 may be directed to reconsider the cases of the petitioners for regularization of their services after proper scrutiny of their testimonials, and a speaking order with regard to its decision be passed after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

Without touching the merits of the cases and by consent the competent authority of the respondent-department is directed to place the cases of petitio ners for consideration of their regularization under Section 3 of Sindh (Regularization of Ad-hoc and Contract Employees) Act, 2013, before the relevant Committee constituted by the Government of Sindh. After proper scrutiny of the referred cases, a speaking order with regard to its decision be passed after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receiving this order .
By consent, all these petitions are disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
