1. At the very outset, learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has expired due to his natural death and nobody else on his behalf is in contact with him. It is stated by the learned A.P.G that this matter pertains to year 2006, almost 12 years have passed and even otherwise according to her, no cogent and sound evidence is available on record to convict the private respondents in this case. She supports the impugned judgment and opposes the instant appeal against acquittal. During the course of arguments, I have specifically asked a question from the learned counsel for appellant to point out any illegality or irregularity in the impugned judgment, he has failed to do so.
2. In these circumstances, I find no merit in this appeal against acquittal and same is hereby dismissed alongwith the pending application(s), if any .
