1. Raja Saeed Akram Khan, ACJ. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted that the only prayer of the petitioner before the High Court was to restrain the respondents from harassing the petitioner through malicious practice and no prayer regarding restraining them from holding the inquiry has been made; he submitted that he has no objection if this petition is disposed of while restraining the respondents from harassing the petitioner . The learned Chief Prosecutor and the Additional Advocate-General agreed with the proposition and undertook that there will be no illegal harassment.
2. In this state of affairs, this petition along with the application for interim relief is disposed of with the observation that while holding the inquiry the respondents shall not harass the petitioner through any malicious practice. No order as to costs.
