1. Perusal of the record shows that on 06.03.2020, cost of Rs.2000/-was imposed while dismissing the urgent applicant as no one was in attendance. In compliance of said order , cost has been deposited on 12.03.2020.
2. Today , the matter has been repeatedly called but neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. No intimation is received. It is now 12:30 p.m. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to further proceed with this petition which is dismissed in non-prosecution.
