1. The appellant without specifying the penal section is convicted and sentenced to undergo R.I for one year with fine of Rs.200,000/-and in case of default to undergo Simple imprisonment for three months by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Tando Muhammad Khan vide judgment dated 22nd day of October 2020, which is impugned by the appellant before this Court. It has been admitted to regular hearing. In the meanwhile, the appellant has sought for suspension of the operation of the impugned judgment by way of listed application.
2. The conviction / sentence awarded to the appellant is short one and hearing of the appeal is likely to take time therefore, the operation of impugned judgment is suspended. Consequently , the appellant is ordered to be release on bail subject to his furnishing surety in sum of Rs.30,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.
