1. After hearing the learned counsel for applicants at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this criminal miscellaneous application if the applicants are allowed to file application for their pre-mature acquittal before the trial court.

2. Learned D.P .G. has recorded his no objection for such proposal.

3. In view of above, this criminal miscellaneous application stands disposed of alongwith listed application. However , the applicants are at liberty to file application for their pre-mature acquittal before the trial court if they so desire and on filing such application, the trial court shall decide the same within a period of fifteen (15) days, however strictly in accordance with law and under intimation to this court. Office is directed to immedi ately send the copy of this order to the concerned trial court for information and compliance.
