1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Learned counsel for the NADRA has submitted reply that the petitioner has to follow NADRA registration policy version 5.0.1 for modification of his name as well as his father name. It is further stated that the petitioner may be directed to approach nearest NADRA Centre along with relevant and necessary documents to fulfil the codal formalities. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to this proposal. Let the petitioner appear before NADRA Mega Centre, DHA Karachi along with relevant and necessary documents for further proceedings.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the petitioner is in U.S.A. and as and when he will come, he will appear before NADRA Mega Centre, DHA Karachi. The entire exercise should be completed within one month.
