It is common ground inter alia that earlier a criminal case vide FIR No. 117/2019 dated 17.05.2019, offence under Sections 506-B, 447/511, 148, 149, PPC has been registered with Police Station Thattha Sadiqabad in respect of the occurrence which took place on 12.05.2019, at the instance of Respondent No. 4 Siraj Din against the petitioner's party. It will be advantageous to refer the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan titled Mst. Sughran Bibi v. The State (PLD 2018 SC 595) according to which, all other versions, in respect of the same occurrence, can be entertained in the already registered FIR. SI present also undertakes to record the version of the petitioner in the already registered aforesaid FIR. In view of this, Investigating Officer instead of registering separate FIR, shall entertain the version of the petitioner in the shape of statement under Section 161, Cr.P.C. and thereafter investigate the same in accordance with law.
