1. This Appeal is called for hearing. None present on behalf of the appellant, no intimation received. Same was the position on the last date of hearing viz. 19.11.2019 and same was position of its back date viz. 23.05.2018 on which date a brief was held on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant by Ms. Asma Malik. We have noted that this appeal was filed on 05.06.2015, almost five years have been passed, but the appellant is avoiding to proceed with this appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in non-prosecution along-with listed application.
