It appears from the record that two applications for demarcation of land in Survey No.1 entry No.5 and Survey No.6 vide entry No.1 situated in Deh Badhri Taluka Sehwan and District Jamshoro are pending before Mukhtiarkar Taluka Sehwan District Jamshoro but according to learned counsel these applications are not being decided by the concerned Mukhtiarkar either way. During course of arguments, we have specifically asked question from the learned counsel for the petitioners whether he would be satisfied if, the concerned Mukhtiarkar is directed to decide subject applications within fifteen (15) days after receipt of this order , he replied in af firmative.
In view of the above position, this petition is disposed off along-with listed application. However , Mukhtiarkar Taluka Sehwan District Jamshoro is directed to decide subject applications of the petitioners if already filed and pending before him with regard to subject matter within fifteen (15) days subject to their entitlement as per law .
