1. Learned counsel for the petitioners files statement alongwith photocopies of certa in documents, same is taken on record and copy whereof is supplied to learned Additional A.G. It is stated in the statement that the purpose of filing this petition stands achieved, therefore, same may be disposed of accordingly .
