1. Record reflects that the petitioner and his counsel are not appearing since first date of hearing viz. 13.12.2018. On the last date viz. 02.10.2019, as no one was present on behalf of the petitioner this matter was adjourned with specific direction to proceed the matter . Today , neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. It appears that they have lost interest to proceed with this petition further , which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
