4&5. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the impugned order is against the law and facts. He further submits that parties have already enmity with each other and due to that enmity respondent No.4 has filed an application under Section 22-A Cr.PC in the Court of learned Ex-Of ficio Justice of Peace Tando Allahyar , who without considering the facts and grounds has ordered for registration of FIR against the applicant.
Let notice be issued to respondents No.2 to 4 as well as learned Additional P.G Sindh for 24.08.2020. Till next date of hearing operation of impugned order dated 04.08.2020 passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge/Ex- Officio Justice of Peace Tando Allahyar is suspended, if already not implemented.
