1. This petition is called for hearing. None present on behalf of the petitioner . No intimation received. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was put on notice to satisfy the court about maintainability of the listed application. It appears that instant petition was dismiss ed for non-prosecution on 26.09.2019 and the listed application for its restoration has been filed.
