1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.5 has filed a statement, wherein, it has been stated that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as the barriers installed temporarily on the road in the vicinity have been removed voluntarily by them. Such fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.3.
2. Accordingly , instant petition stands disposed of alongwith listed applications.
