Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. The petitioner has come up with the declaration that supply of natural gas to the petitioner being an exporter of textile is chargeable to sale price prescribed to five export oriented unit given at serial No.VI of the OGRA 's notification dated 23rd October , 2020.
2. Precisely , the case of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 issued a bill to the petitioner as per tariff for general industry rather than textile industry . Mr. Mukesh Kumar G. Karara advocate has filed vakalatnama for respondent No.4 and he has given a clear statement that the bill may be rectified and tariff will be changed to the textile category provided the petitioner submit the verification issued by the FBR in which the name of the petitioner should appear with present address. Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to this proposal. Petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending application.
