1. Learned counsel for the respondent has filed parawise comments alongwith copy of order dated 08.10.2020, whereby , according to learned counsel, Commissioner Inland Revenue, Zone-I, Regional Tax Office-I, Karachi has restored Sales Tax Registration under section 21(2) of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 read with Sub-Rule 12 of the Sales Tax Rules, 2006, therefore, submits that purpose of filing the instant petition has been served out, which may be disposed of accordingly .
2. Copy of parawise comments alongwith letter filed today has been supplied to the learned counsel for petitioner , who does not dispute such position. Accordingly , instant petition stands disposed of accordingly .
