1. This first appeal is called for hearing. None present on behalf of the appellant. No intimation received. Same was the position on last date of hearing i.e. 04.08.2020. On the said date, Mr. G.M. Laghari Advocate held brief on behalf of Mr. Muhammad Waseem Jamali Advocate for Petitioner and at his request the matter was adjourned. It is noted that this appeal was filed on 18.04.2016. Almost 04 years have been passed but it is noted that, since then the appellant is not pursuing the instant appeal diligently . Accordingly , this first appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution alongwith pending application(s).
