1. The applicant by way of instant application has sought for prosecution of the respondents for their failure to obey the order dated 6.5.2019 passed by this Court, whereby they were restrained from harassing the applicant.
2. On being asked, in what manner the applicant is being harassed by the respondents. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is being called by the respondents time and again to settle his dispute with his opponents over landed property . No particular date however , the learned counsel for the applicant is able to point out. No action could be taken on the basis of presumption. The intention with the applicant is appearing to drag the officials in court proceedings without lawful justification which could not be permitted at the cost of precious time of the court. Consequently , the instant application is dismissed in lemini.
